Welcome to Ventroxa. By booking or participating in any of our guided hiking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation. Payment methods and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled hike are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee. Ventroxa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule hikes due to weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and prepared for the selected hike. You must inform Ventroxa of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.
While Ventroxa takes every precaution to ensure your safety, hiking involves inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being. Ventroxa is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during hikes, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participants are expected to bring appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal items for the hike. Ventroxa may provide certain equipment upon request, but participants are responsible for ensuring their gear is suitable and in good condition.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other hikers, and the natural environment. Ventroxa reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.
Ventroxa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
